Stress Wrap Up

Welcome to In Session! A new podcast brought to you by three professionals in the mental health field who want to normalize and de-stigmatize mental health while answering some questions you may have about accessing resources in your own community or on campus!

In this series, we want to talk about STRESS! We've all felt it, especially around this time of year, and we want to help you deal with it.  Listen to Shelby, Jordan, and Maisy start to unpack what it means to feel stressed, interview one of Maisy's former professors about toxic stress and the short and long term impact it can have on your body, and talk about ways to begin to cope with these big feelings.
