In this episode of InSession, Maisy, Jordan, & Shelby sit down with Charles Huerth to discuss some of his experiences working with teens and trauma. Charles is the executive director of the Augusta Teen Centre and a master’s level clinical intern. He shares the importance of destigmatizing mental health care among youth, how trauma can present in teens, and how he utilises food as a tool for connection.
